Returns & Exchanges-All exchange and returns must be made within 21 days of receiving your order. Please return your items to Elite Threads Limited, Unit 1, Arkwright Road Ind Est, Bedford, MK42 0LQ with a note of return or exchange. (Please advise required size of exchange you can do this ahead of drop off on 01234 217972.) Please include your order number or name as a reference. All return items must be received in a good condition, with their tags and original packaging. Hair accessories, socks and tights are exempt from returns. All return items are quarantined for a minimum of 72 hours due to Covid 19 guidelines.
