The method of Screenprinting is great for orders over 50 garments or more with the same design as it is most cost-effective way to print. The process involves transferring the design per colour onto mesh screens. These are then loaded onto a carousel, where the garments are loaded onto the bottom beds, the screens are the laid up against the garment to ensure we have the correct position, and then using a squeegee (rubber blade) the ink is pushed through the mesh screen onto the garment creating the design. Then the garment is put through our tunnel dryer to cure the ink to the garment. Ideal for printing designs up to 6 colours.
Best for: Quantities over 50.
