We create Vinyl Transfers by starting with a roll of the required colour, this is then loaded into a cutting machine which is linked to a computer software that holds the logo or design. Once the design is cut, the excess materials are removed by ‘weeding’ leaving the finished design behind on the transfer sheet. The design is then laid onto the garment in the desired placement and heat is applied at the correct temperature and time to ensure the design has transferred successfully. This method can be used for 1 to 2 colour designs, multicolour designs are created by printing a design onto the vinyl before it being cut out.
