Embroidery

An Embroidered logo is applied to a garment by using a computerised embroidery machine. We begin by applying a metal ring to pinpoint the area the embroidery is being stitched to and this allows you to fix the garment to the machine. A backing material is also applied to the other side of the garment when applying the ring and this ensures that there is no movement when the logo is being stitched. The logo is then downloaded into the machine’s drivers (after being digitised by professional software) and once the correct colour threads have been put onto the machine, we can then press start to begin stitching the logo.

Best for: Most garments, avoid very thin materials.
