- Choose a 3 month subscription for £114
- Choose a 6 month subscription for £195
- Or choose a 12 month subscription for £255 – (you only need to get one APA assistant rate job to cover this plus make more!)
Yes of course! You are in charge or your profile, it’s what is on show for artists to choose you. Choose how much and how little information you wish to include and amend it as often as you’d like. The more up to date, the more jobs you’ll fit the requirements for!
This is completely up to you. We’d recommend keeping your calendar as up to date as possible, amending it as soon as other commitments come in. The more precise and available days you offer, the more opportunity there is for you to be selected for a job.
In our easy-to-use system, simply select the dates of your job, filter down the available assistants based on job requirements and your needs, add your chosen options to a shortlist, create a job post to send out to them outlining as much information as you can and then wait to hear back on who is available and interested. Supplying as much information about the job and selecting multiple options to shortlist increases your chances of finding an assistant that is right for you. Assistants then have the option to decline (based on other commitments) or open communication with you and the rest is down to you to discuss in more detail and confirm the assistant of your choosing.
In our easy-to-use system, simply sign up and select the payment plan you would like, create your profile with all your availability, information and skills and you’re set! Keep this as up to date as you can and then your profile is out there for artists to access and shortlist and open communication regarding jobs.
 No we don’t take any commission! We are here to bridge the gap between assistants and artists. Once you’ve communicated with an artist and been confirmed for a job, it is up to the artist to arrange your payment. This can be discussed with them via our messaging service or via a different application i.e. WhatsApp if you choose to share your contact details.
After your subscription unfortunately comes to an end, you will be sent an email reminder ahead of the final day of your membership to remind you to renew. You can renew with any of our pricing packages and keep your profile active. If you choose to not renew your membership, we’ll be sad to see you go! Your profile will however be removed from the website and no longer visible. If you choose to restart your membership at any time, simply use the same login information and select your new choice of membership and your profile will be populated with your previous information for you to amend and update as necessary.
After the artist has submitted to job form to you, you have the option to either decline or open up communication with the artist to discuss it more. Once you have started discussing the job you can either accept outright or if you have more questions or discuss with them in our messaging service. Hopefully this allows you to come to an agreement and confirm the job. After that you’re good to go! The artist will be responsible for providing you all relevant information for the job and you can discuss this via the website or on another application if you both choose to share contact details.
